Quantick is a real-time financial data analytics platform that provides access to four data feeds: seasonality patterns, insider trade tracking, COT (Commitments of Traders) positioning, and congressional trade monitoring.

All data is sourced from publicly available records including SEC filings, CFTC reports, and historical price data.

Not Financial Advice

Quantick provides data and analytics tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past patterns and data do not guarantee future results.

Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and timely data. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data feed. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

You should independently verify any information before making financial decisions.

Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Sharing accounts or reselling access is not permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Pricing may change with advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until their next renewal.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Intellectual Property

• All platform content, design, code, and data presentation are owned by Quantick.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any data or content from the platform without written permission.
• You may export data for personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

Quantick is not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of our platform or data, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on our data.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use the platform at your own risk.
