Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Quantick subscriptions.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

After cancellation, you retain full access to all data feeds until the end of your current billing period.

No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, or for renewal charges, refunds are not available.but you can cancel to prevent future billing.

Yearly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not extensively used the platform. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

To request a refund, contact us through the contact page with your account email and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request through our contact page or email support with your registered email address.

Include the reason for your refund request.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your access may be paused until the payment method is updated.

You can update your payment details from the billing portal at any time.
