This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for Quantick.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, or waives any consumer rights, guarantees, remedies, or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.
2. Billing Terms
Monthly Subscriptions are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Annual Subscriptions are charged once for the applicable annual term. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period until canceled.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not terminate the already-paid Subscription period. Your access will normally remain available until the end of the current billing period, and no further automatic renewals will occur unless you subscribe again.
4. Automatic Renewal
All Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Quantick to charge your selected payment method for future renewal periods until cancellation.
5. Promotional Pricing
Promotional or introductory prices apply only for the period expressly stated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, after the promotional period ends the Subscription will renew at the then-current standard price applicable to the selected plan.
6. Refund Policy
All Subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including initial purchases, renewal payments, partial billing periods, unused Subscription time, and Account inactivity. Canceling your Subscription prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. This Section is subject to Section 1 (Your Statutory Rights).
7. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law or at Quantick's sole discretion.
8. Refund Request Procedure
Where a refund may be available under this Policy or applicable law, you may submit a request through or our contact page. Please provide the email address associated with your Quantick Account and the relevant transaction information so that we can verify and process the request.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
10. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, including duplicate charges or an amount inconsistent with the price presented at checkout, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the billing error or issue an applicable refund.
11. Failed Payments
If a Subscription payment fails, Quantick or its payment provider may retry the payment using the available payment method. We may restrict or suspend access if payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable retry attempts or any applicable grace period. You may update your payment information at any time through the billing portal.
12. Price Changes
We may change Subscription pricing from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material price changes. Any price change will generally apply beginning with the next applicable renewal period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
13. Taxes and Currency
The applicable Subscription price and currency are displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, foreign-exchange charges, and other fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable authorities may apply depending on your location and payment method.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, incorrect, or otherwise disputed, we encourage you to contact Quantick first so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this Policy limits your legal rights. Where a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized, Quantick may suspend or permanently terminate the associated Account, subject to applicable law.
15. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by a Subscriber generally stops future renewals. Termination by Quantick may occur where permitted under the Terms of Service, including in cases involving fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, security risks, or material violations of the Terms. Any refund or loss of access resulting from termination will be handled in accordance with the Terms and applicable law.
16. Digital Services and Withdrawal Rights
Where applicable, certain consumers may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights relating to digital services. Where such rights apply, they will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws and the circumstances under which the Services were purchased and made available.
